Approach

Designing successful products begins with understanding the balance between business needs and the needs of the intended audience. 

Design-Ops

Establish the Design Operations process. It is the glue that holds the design organization together, and the bridge that enables collaboration among cross-disciplinary team members. 

Define

Personas, user journeys and scenarios can rapidly drive requirements and determine an overall site strategy, brand, purpose, content, visual design, navigation and information architecture

Design

Wireframes, design mocks and prototypes help to visualize the specifications and allow for conducting user testing at a early stage, before technical development.

Deliver

Continuous research feeds the iterative delivery cycles. It is vital to gain an understanding of what the users are 'Saying', 'Thinking', 'Doing' and 'Feeling' and incorporate the feedback into improvements to the product. Goals can include: Improving efficiency, Increasing exposure, Improving product credibility, and/or Reducing friction points.
